Responsibilities

Advanced Skin Treatments

• Perform advanced skin procedures such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microneedling, laser facials, and other device-based therapies (based on clinic offerings and certification).
• Conduct thorough skin analysis and customized treatment planning based on individual client concerns (e.g., pigmentation, acne, aging, sensitivity).
• Ensure safe, effective, and result-oriented services aligned with clinic protocols and client expectations.

• Lead professional consultations, assess skin conditions, and recommend personalized treatment regimens.
• Maintain long-term client relationships through excellent follow-up care and progress tracking.
• Provide post-treatment education and suggest suitable homecare products to support results.

Team Leadership & Training

• Guide, mentor, and support junior and mid-level therapists.
• Assist with onboarding and hands-on training for new staff members.
• Conduct peer reviews, monitor treatment quality, and help enforce service protocols.

Operations & Standards

• Ensure treatment rooms and tools are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and readiness.
• Keep up-to-date treatment records, progress reports, and client history logs.
• Contribute to service menu improvements and provide input on new treatment rollouts.

Product Knowledge & Sales Support

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of professional skincare products and technologies used in treatments.
• Recommend and promote suitable skincare products to clients.
• Meet personal and team retail and service goals.
