Responsibilities:

• The Spa Trainer will be responsible for creating and conducting training programs and workshops to enhance the skills of therapists and estheticians.
• The Spa Trainer will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and providing feedback.
• The role involves collaborating with the management and the operations team to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
