Responsibilities

Training Delivery & Facilitation

Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for aestheticians, dermatologists, therapists, and sales staff.

Deliver hands-on training for skin treatments such as facials, peels, lasers, dermabrasion, microneedling, and other aesthetic procedures.

Train staff on skin analysis, consultation techniques, and appropriate

product/treatment recommendations.

Curriculum Development

Develop, update, and customize training materials, SOPs, and manuals in line with clinical protocols and brand guidelines.

Translate complex skin science and treatment knowledge into clear, easy-to-understand training content.

Performance Monitoring & Support

Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, feedback, and observation.

Identify knowledge gaps and provide refresher or advanced training as needed.

Provide one-on-one coaching or shadowing sessions for new or underperforming team members.

Compliance & Best Practices

Ensure all training is aligned with safety protocols, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance.

Promote best practices in skin health, client care, and service delivery.

Product & Brand Knowledge

Train staff on in-house and retail skincare products, active ingredients, and treatment combinations.

Collaborate with product/brand teams to stay updated on new launches and innovations.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Dermatology, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or related field.

3+ years of hands-on experience in skin treatments or training in a clinical, spa, or dermatology setup.

Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of skin types, conditions, and advanced skin procedures.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to simplify complex topics and adapt training styles to suit various learning needs.

Comfortable with travel if required for training across locations.
