Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible to meet and maximise the sales for retail products at the assigned outlet. This role involves assisting customers to find the products that meet their needs by recommending them to the right products. We are looking for self-starters who have good convincing skills, and enjoy sales. 

Responsibilities

Requirement 

  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Exceptional customer servicing skills
  • A highly driven self-starter, with very strong ownership of their work
  • A strong mindset to delight customers

Responsibilities:

  • Driving product sales thereby achieving revenue target for the assigned outlet
  • Managing and achieving product penetration goals
  • Increasing product sales contribution on the overall outlet revenue
  • Deploy offers and promotions at the outlet
  • Assisting customers to find the right products, and encouraging them to consult with stylists and therapists for the right salon and home care
  • Reporting daily product sales for your outlet
  • Replenish stock at the outlet when needed, and manage inventory

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Graduate 

Experience

1-2 years of experience in field sales
