Responsibilities

Treatment Delivery

Perform a wide range of facial and body treatments, including deep-cleansing facials, skin rejuvenation, exfoliation, massage therapies, and relaxation rituals.

Deliver treatments with precision, ensuring adherence to brand standards and client preferences.

Assist or lead in advanced treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, or RF (based on training and certification).

Client Consultation & Care

Conduct in-depth consultations to assess client needs, skin types, and concerns.

Recommend suitable treatments and skincare/homecare regimens.

Maintain detailed treatment records and follow up on client progress and satisfaction.

Spa Operations & Hygiene

Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of all treatment rooms and equipment.

Manage appointment schedules, treatment durations, and client flow efficiently.

Support junior therapists and guide them when needed.

Retail & Product Knowledge

Stay informed on skincare products, ingredients, and their uses.

Recommend retail products tailored to client needs to support post-treatment care.

Meet or exceed retail and rebooking goals.
