Responsibilities

Treatment Support & Client Care

Assist in performing basic skin treatments such as facials, clean-ups, exfoliation, steaming, and extractions under supervision.

Support senior therapists with advanced treatments like peels, microdermabrasion, laser, and other procedures (based on training and clinic protocol).

Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and equipment.

Client Interaction & Consultation

Greet and assist clients, helping them feel comfortable and informed.

Record client history, skin concerns, and treatment progress.

Recommend post-treatment care and skincare routines based on training.

Product Knowledge & Upselling

Stay informed about in-house skincare products and treatments.

Educate clients on suitable skincare solutions and support retail sales (if applicable).

Replenish product stock in treatment rooms and ensure readiness for services.

Training & Learning

Attend in-house training sessions and workshops to improve skills and knowledge.

Stay updated with the latest skincare trends, tools, and technologies.

Work closely with senior therapists to gain hands-on experience and feedback.
