Job Description

Sales operations: Overseeing and managing sales operations for cluster Compliance management
Team management and ensuring team follows all SOP and adhere to protocols .
Sales teams: Leading and motivating sales teams to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Market trends: Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for Business growth with BTL activation
Sales strategies: Developing sales strategies and ensuring sales targets are achieved
Sales pipeline: Managing the sales pipeline, including providing training and creating sales goals
Communication: Communicating effectively with their team, senior management, and customers
Leadership: Training and motivating each member of their sales team to achieve their maximum sales performance
Area sales managers should have the following skills and experience:
Sales and management: Prior sales and management working experience in similar industry
Negotiation: Excellent negotiation skills
Presentation: Excellent presentation skills
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Leadership: Leadership skills
Sales knowledge: Sales knowledge and an extensive understanding of sales funnels, processes, and functions
