Responsibilities
Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage the hiring process.
Collaborate with managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Maintain recruitment databases and analyze hiring metrics.
Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to assess candidate skills and match them with job requirements.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
Experience
1–5 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to specialized fields as a plus
