Requirement
- Proven experience managing supply chain operations.
- Experience using supply chain management software and tools
- In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
- Management and leadership skills.
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good Negotiator
Responsibilities:
- Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Propose improvements to the current purchasing system that will improve vendor relationships and lower the cost of doing business
- Job Related Reports and Dashboards
- Collaborate with inventory control and sales to develop metrics for gauging inventory level needs and then maintaining those levels throughout the year
- Take the lead in creating profitable ways to manage obsolete and slow-moving stock to help offset losses
- Manage the company’s day-to-day purchasing activities and ensure that all purchasing agents are meeting their personal performance standards
- Strategic vendor management and collaboration
- Enabling, Owning Automation in your and associated functions.
- Retail maximization - Planning , Implementation and monitoring of the retail needs of the business.
- Assist in developing more effective invoicing and collecting processes
- Team Management
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or business administration in supply chain management, logistics, operations.Experience
