Job Description
Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. He / she should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. He / she also needs to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.Responsibilities
Requirements:
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Oversee enterprise strategic business initiatives from ideation, development through successful execution plan along with timelines under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized operational efficiency
- Serve as liaison between staff, team and CEO, regarding company project updates
- Working with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals
- Determining key performance indicators and how to measure team performance especially POC, Operations from an SME standpoint
- Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives
- Planning, coordinating and leading meetings and workshops
- Identifying and providing recommendations on improvements across the organization

- Ideation, planning & ensuring completion through meeting timelines & follow through for current & pipeline tech enablement projects enterprise level

- Managing calendar and meetings of CEO
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managersPreferred Skills
- Superior Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Dynamic Leadership/People Skills
- Ability to work in an unstructured agile work environment
- Excellent innovative, creative & strategic planning skills with a successful track record of generating higher revenue through marketing efforts.
