Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Training Coordinator to manage and support the training and development activities within our clinic. This role is key to ensuring that all clinical and non-clinical staff are properly trained, compliant with industry standards, and equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care and service.
The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning within the healthcare or wellness industry.
Responsibilities
Training & Development Management
Coordinate onboarding and induction training programs for new clinical and administrative staff.
Schedule, track, and manage internal and external training sessions (technical, soft skills, compliance, etc.).
Assist in the development and updating of training materials, manuals, SOPs, and presentations.
Operational Support
Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, certifications, and evaluations.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance tracking.
Liaise with department heads and external trainers to organize sessions based on needs.
Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure all staff training is aligned with medical regulations, clinic policies, and accreditation standards.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure timely training updates where required.
Communication & Reporting
Act as the point of contact for all training-related queries within the clinic. Prepare regular reports on training status, gaps, and upcoming requirements for management.
Coordinate with HR and Quality Assurance teams for audits and compliance checks.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, HR, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a training coordinator or administrative role, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
