Responsibilities

  • Prepare clinic monthly rosters.
  • Communicate and Monitor on a daily basis. 
  • Coordinate with Dr.Vasant for people and transportation needs.
  • Daily connect and coordination with the clinic team. 
  • Track the posting of regular posting. 
  • Clinic incentive sheet closure for all outlets as per sales data based on the target & incentive plan rolled out for respective month.
  • Review the clinic incentive sheet with CEO and Finance every month and get approval for the roll out.
  • Outlet requirements collected from each doctor & reviewed with Dr. Zainab and obtain current standard requirement per month.
  • All service-line's BOQ has been uploaded into Software & with 3 months analysis of consumption for each product line item.
  • Prepare the average clinic retail & consumable sales & consumption of the products. 
  • Preparing the Clinic PO sheet, getting it approved and raising the order. 
  • Monthly Audit at outlets 
  • Daily monitoring & follow up:-
  • -BOQ update for each clinic services by all outlets.
  • -Transfer order process follow up.
  • Update the minimum price of each service and package in the software 
  • Preparing the calculation for each issue client and provide it to Issue management team
  • Facilitating the movement of machines and products.
  • Helping Issue management team in transferring clinic to salon via prepaid for approved clinic issue clients
  • Preparing the calculation for each issue client and provide it to Issue management team

Requirement 

  • Good Communication skills 
  • Good MS excel knowledge 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Any Graduates / Post Graduate

Experience

5- 8 years of experience
