Responsibilities
Data analytics: -- Strategic :
- Enable insights driven strategic decision making and uncovering optimization opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data analytics & techniques
- Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of analyst
and data employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the
company.
- Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent
communication at all levels.Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Operations :
- Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.
- Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, and engineering as well as visualization
and communication deliverables.
- Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, sales,
marketing, and operations teams.
- Team Management : Recruit, train, develop and supervise analyst-level employees.
Tech adoption: -
- Lead and manage a range of digital and technological adoption activities affecting the efficient running of the
organisation across functions.
- Establish an environment for digital and business transformation, both driving and enabling new ways of working and interacting for staff and customers.
- Provide insights and innovative suggestions to the Programme and Project team, and senior managers across
functions.
- Quickly develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues at all levels, to provide support and technological advancements wherever required.
- To help with adoption of technology to understand customer life cycle, lead nurturing process, customer engagement, and customer retention.
- Work closely with other managers to identify themes and resolve issues to ensure benefits are realised and
operational performance is maintained.
Requirement:
- Experience working as Business Analyst, Business operations management,
- Good knowledge in MS- Excel
- Basic knowledge in any BI tools like Power BI, Tableau etc.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any related field. Diploma/Certifications in data science, Business Analyst are preferred.Experience
