Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing to onboarding
  • Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and induction programs
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy on HR systems
  • Support performance appraisal processes and maintain appraisal records
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities and surveys
  • Handle employee queries and grievances with sensitivity and discretion
  • Collaborate with different departments to identify HR needs and deliver solutions
  • Support the payroll process through coordination with finance and admin teams

 

Requirement:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools

 

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

MBA or PGDM in HR

Experience

3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR role or HR operations
