Responsibilities
- Assist in executing end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing to onboarding
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and induction programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy on HR systems
- Support performance appraisal processes and maintain appraisal records
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and surveys
- Handle employee queries and grievances with sensitivity and discretion
- Collaborate with different departments to identify HR needs and deliver solutions
- Support the payroll process through coordination with finance and admin teams
Requirement:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
Qualifications and Education Requirements
MBA or PGDM in HRExperience
