All our treatments are done by our expert trained specialists. Our clinic is headed by Dr Sushil Gupta & Dr Mikki Singh, both of whom are renowned dermatologists & cosmetologists in Bangalore.
Depending on the service taken, the result can sometimes be noticeable after just one session. Clinical treatments usually require multiple sessions to see visible & long lasting results.
Most treatment results last for at least a month. Depending on the client, maintenance sessions would be required for sustained results as per the Doctor’s recommendation.
Depending on the service, the gap can range from 15 days to a month.
It is advisable not to take any skin clinic services during these periods. But you are best advised by the dermatologist after a check-up / consult.
Clinical treatments are the next level of skin & hair care which are usually long term solutions for your concerns and provide better benefits.
Chemical peel removes the damaged outer layers of the skin/dead skin cells; thereby, treating acne, blemishes and diminishing skin pigmentation, reducing sun-induced damage and refreshing the skin texture and tone. Many times the effect of a chemical peel takes a few weeks to be visible and requires multiple sessions.
It’s advisable to plan a chemical peel session a week before the party so the effect of the chemical peel would be visible. Some peels may show instant results, you may consult your dermatologist for the same.
The current generation laser machines used for hair reduction provide a long term, non-invasive solution; it not only reduces the hair on the treated area but also reduces the thickness and the density.
While pain tolerance is subjective, you might experience mild pin-prick sensation in some areas.
Yes completely! It is tested to be safe on Indian Skin.

It is a quick, 15 minute service with absolutely no downtime. You can return to your normal routine immediately after the service.
This service is the gold standard for breaking down deeper pigmentation. Once the existing pigmentation problem has been addressed, further aggravation of the same can be prevented by use of suitable skin lightening creams and regular application of sunscreen as recommended by our dermatologists
Wrinkle Relaxers first received FDA (Food and Drug Administration) approval to treat certain medical conditions in 1989. Approval for cosmetic uses of wrinkle relaxers came in 2002. Since then, millions of people have used wrinkle relaxer safely and effectively.
Most people report only mild discomfort during a wrinkle relaxer injection. The needles are very fine (thin) and inject a tiny amount of liquid. This means you should only feel a slight pinch during an injection. Most people tolerate wrinkle relaxer injections well.
Wrinkle relaxers are not permanent, and that’s the way it should be. It typically lasts for 3 months.
Besides its cosmetic benefits, wrinkle relaxer can be injected into underarms to reduce excessive sweating and is widely used in many other medical conditions.
Dermal Fillers are used to add volume & smoothen out deep creases that run from your nose to your mouth (laugh lines). They are used to plump up lips & add volume to your cheeks, restoring youthful fullness.
Dermal fillers can be done during your lunch break, taking 15 to 30 minutes after an initial consultation. The results with dermal fillers are immediately visible, with further improvements seen for up to two to three weeks. One of the major advantages of dermal fillers is that the effects are long lasting, but not permanent. While Botox is recommended every four months, dermal fillers generally last six months or more.
Wrinkle relaxer is a form of muscle relaxant that decreases expression lines, and is mainly used on the upper face for frown, forehead and crow’s feet lines. On the other hand, dermal fillers add volume to the face through the injection of a solution deep into the dermal layers of the skin. They are used to reduce static lines in the mouth and cheek areas and can even be injected on the top of the bone, cartilage and tip of the nose to give it a youthful boost.
All dermal fillers used in Bodycraft are FDA approved and extensively researched, so the risks of infection, asymmetry or ending up with that frozen-face look are minimal. To minimise bruising and swelling abstain from alcohol the day of and following the procedure, not smoking for four hours after lip injections, avoiding exercise on the day of the injections, and avoiding fish oil and anti-inflammatory medications such as aspirin or ibuprofen.

Ideal wait time is 3-4 weeks between sessions depending on your hair growth rate. Hair usually grows slower in winter months & faster in summer months.
Hair should be atleast quarter of an inch long in order to be long enough to grab with the wax. Ideal length is between quarter to half inch in length.
Make sure you do not apply moisturiser, exfoliate, expose the area to the sun or exercise vigorously before your appointment as this may irritate & damage your skin.
- Do not exfoliate (with scrubs), sunbathe, or go to the gym for about 24 hours after waxing. - Do not use any products that contain artificial colors or fragrances as they might irritant or infect your skin. - Do not scrub off any wax residue that is left behind. Gently wash off with mild soap & water. A gentle body oil would also work.
During waxing, the topmost layer of dead skin that offers protection against the burning rays of the sun is removed. To prevent burning or discolouration it is recommended you avoid sun exposure for atleast 24 hours after the service.
Yes. The bottom line is your hair is being pulled out by the root & different body parts hurt more or less than others. We try to minimise the pain by utilising superior waxing products & techniques and by waxing as quickly as possible.
Bodycraft offers three types of wax: Normal Sugar Wax Chocolate Wax – infused with chocolates, proteins & minerals, leaves your skin feeling hydrated & nourished Peel-Off wax – Gentler of the 3 options, the peel-off wax is great for sensitive areas like the bikini line, upper lips, etc.
Bikini Line wax removes the hair visible outside of a bathing suit or underwear. The service removes hair on the upper inner thighs but does not remove any hair from above. Bikini wax removes hair from the sides of the bikini area & a thin line of hair from the front private area only. Brazilian wax removes all hair from the front private area & the back as well.
A Brazilian wax service takes around 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
Most of our facials include exfoliation & products that can make the skin too sensitive for a waxing service. It is recommended to give at least 24 hours gap between both the services. Try eyebrow threading instead for a safer alternative.
Few clients do show some reaction after a wax service. It can range from slightly pink skin, some swelling, to little red spots where the hair was pulled out. These reactions are normal & typically go away overnight.
Yes you can, although many clients find that waxing is more painful during this time.
Client hygiene & safety is our top priority at Bodycraft. All waxing tables & equipment are properly cleaned & sterilised after every client. We also have a strict no double-dipping policy to eliminate the possibility of cross-contamination.
Remember that your feet provide the support & foundation for your entire body, so it makes sense to take excellent care of them. Soaking your feet in relaxing, warm water, having them massaged, having calluses removed & nails properly trimmed provide an array of benefits. In addition to stress reduction, regular pedicure treatments can help prevent excessively dry skin on feet & improve circulation in feet & lower legs. Cracked, dry feet can attract infections. Regular moisturising & attention to stress areas on feet can help keep calluses at bay. Calluses are painful & can have a negative impact on your gait, leading to problems with body alignment, back & neck.
Eyelash extensions are individual strands of synthetic fibres made to replicate a natural eyelash. These strands are applied to each individual eyelash, one by one, on the upper lid. When applied, eyelash extensions lengthen & thicken your own natural eyelashes. With proper application, eyelash extensions look & feel completely natural.
Eyelash extensions will last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity & day-to-day routine, refills would be required every 2 to 4 weeks.
- Brush with a clean mascara wand daily - Avoid getting lashes wet for the first 24-48 hours - Avoid using steam & sauna rooms - Do not perm or manually curl eyelashes Try washing your lashes in the morning & gently brushing the top side of the extensions with a finger placed beneath. If too much tugging is noticed, a quick stop at one of the Bodycraft outlets will be necessary to help separate these extensions.
We do offer a service to have the extensions removed. It is a half hour appointment where we apply a gel remover that is allowed to sit for 10 minutes. Once the adhesive dissolves, the extensions can be gently wiped away, leaving behind your natural lashes.
In general, be careful when doing things so you don’t damage your nail extensions & your natural nails. - Be gentle for the first 24-48 hours after the service as it takes time for the bonding process to complete - Protect your nails by using gloves when doing housework or garden work - Stay away from heat & fire as it may cause the extensions to melt - Remember to moisturise your hands after washing them. This will allow the skin & nail bed to stay smooth & moisturised - Avoid using moisturisers & products that contain lanolin or mineral oil - Use cuticle oil every evening to nourish the nail, resulting in a stronger natural nail - Always use an acetone free nail polish remover to remove any polish without damaging the extension underneath - Do not pick off your nail extensions as this will damage the quality & health of your natural nails. Always have your extensions professionally removed in the salon - Visit us for regular extension maintenance appointments, approximately every 2-3 weeks, to keep your nails in shape & looking their best.
Be careful with your nails in the first 24 hours till the gel polish sets. - Use cuticle oil daily by dabbing a little onto each nail & massaging into the nail & surrounding skin - Using cuticle oil gives your nails the nutrients they need to stay strong & healthy - Do not pick the product off. This will cause damage to your natural nail that cannot be repaired - Please wait 24 hours after application before swimming as the chlorine may cause lifting of the Gel Polish - Certain products like sunscreen, tanning lotion, insect repellents & anything oil based can cause the polish to lift. Try to avoid getting the product on the nail & wash your hands thoroughly afterwards.
It is necessary to get your Gel Polish & Nail Extensions removed by Nail technicians at your nearest Bodycraft outlet. Do refrain from picking the polish or extensions as this can cause irreparable damage to your natural nails. We suggest having a manicure after your removal service to tidy the nails, clean the nail bed & keep your natural nails in shape.
This is a common myth. Nails are dead tissues & do not need to breathe. Keeping nails painted helps strengthen that nail. That being said we recommend using good quality polish from well-known brands to sustain nail health.

Balayage or Hair Painting is the technique of sweeping lightener (bleach) onto the hair to achieve a natural, sun-kissed & softly blended result. Ombre is the gradual transition from dark at the root to lighter at the ends. Sombre is a softer, more blended version of the ombre with varying hues, tones, depth & contrast. Color melt / Root smudge / Root shadow / Shadow root employ the same technique to lower the maintenance of either your existing highlights or tone the root area down to match your own natural colour. Babylights are a more natural looking, subtle version of traditional highlights that creates depth & adds dimension to your hair. Ecaille, also known as ‘tortoiseshell technique’, the look essentially combines ombre & balayage. It features smooth caramel tones that is a slightly richer & darker version of your natural hair color paired with golden highlights that will add shine, gloss & dimension to your hair.
Hair coloring has nothing to do with hairfall unless you are going into the scalp and are using something that will compromise the scalp.
In general, permanent hair color will remain till your hair grows out naturally, exposing the roots. This usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks depending on each individual. This 4 to 6 week window is also when the color will begin to fade (usually after approximately 25 washes).
The smoothening treatment will last for 3 to 5 months depending on lifestyle & after treatment care. The treatment will generally grow out with your natural hair. The treatment can be done as often as every 4 to 6 weeks, but this will depend on your hair health.
While the products used remain the same the Intense Alchemy service includes a 30 minute massage.
To make sure your salon experiences are always positive we suggest you bring in several pictures that would best illustrate the style & look that you want. The more references you show the better.
