Responsibilities
- Developing franchisee partners and expanding the business.
- Present business plans to the potential client, and negotiate the terms and conditions of the franchisee agreement for the exclusive outlet.
- Be responsible for the entire sales process (end-to-end): from initial solicitation through contract completion; which includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees and adherence to the sales processes.
- Plan, set and action the monthly and yearly sales objectives, along with regular-basis tracking and presentation of growth/progress reports.
- Work closely with the Management on the strategic initiatives for achieving the organization goals.
- Finalize the Project for each Franchise and guide/explain ROI to them, helping out to the franchise-owner to set up the Business .
- Assist and hold hands with the franchise partner, from the initial planning and set-up stage, till the launch or till the time the place is rendered fully operational and fully functioning.
- Constantly coordinate with the operations team for ensuring proper and complete set-up including right processes, policies and practices. Own
- Franchise growth, governance and compliance.
- Serve as a solid liaison (strong point-of-contact) between franchise partner and the company headquarters on an ongoing basis.
Requirement
- Clear and effective communicator able to articulate the benefits of our model and vision.
- Builds trust and confidence by utilizing effective collaboration and coordination skills and competencies.
- Strong background analyzing the competition and adapting strategies and tactics in the marketplace.
- Great Presentation Skills - with Corporate/Business Etiquettes, and knows how to carry and conduct themselves very well.
- Experience in sales in the wellness and spa or allied industry is a huge plus. Preferably from retail/lifestyle industry
- Should be enthusiastic enough to take up entrepreneurship challenges.
- Experience in managing Microsoft suite - Presentations, Excel, Outlook and more.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Should at least be a University Graduate (minimum education), with a Degree or Diploma or equivalent in any
field/stream. Those with relevant education (degree/post-degree/professional/additional certification courses) shall be preferred. - Post-graduates with a Business Management degree/course (MBA/PGDM/PGDBM/PGDBA and alike) shall be preferred but not compulsory.
Experience
- Should have at least 5-8 years of relevant experience into Franchise Sales very specifically for Gyms/Health Clubs/Fitness Studios/Wellness Centers/Salon/Clinics and alike relevant experience.
