WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

  1. A consultation with our doctor to assess the type of skin lesion, the thickness of the lesion, severity, size, shape & site of the lesion

  2. An account of your history is taken including a history of skin disorders, history of radiation to the face/skin and general medical condition along with current medication being taken.

  3. The treatment area is cleaned and anaesthetised.

  4. Once the area is numb, the growth is removed using a delicate stainless steel electrode of varying shape and size, depending on the growth to be excised.

  5. The treated area is then cleaned gently.

  6. A topical antibiotic is applied & the treated area is dressed.

NOT RECOMMENDED IF
